1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment is made, we begin processing your website content immediately. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Automated Content Extraction

Our service automatically crawls and extracts content from your website to create structured files. While we aim for accuracy, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Errors or omissions may occur due to the automated nature of the extraction process.
• We provide an editable file so you can make corrections as needed.
• You are responsible for reviewing the results before using them.

3. Unreadable Content

Some areas of your site may be technically unreadable (e.g. behind logins, or dynamically loaded by certain technologies). We cannot include content that cannot be accessed or interpreted by our tools.

You acknowledge that some portions of your website may be excluded or partially extracted due to these limitations.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the extracted data will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review and verify the final output prior to use.

Further, due to the inherently unpredictable and proprietary nature of AI systems, Platinum.ai does not guarantee that the final output will achieve any specific results when used with AI assistants or other automated systems.

What we can guarantee, though, is that we will always optimize our output and the AWPs according to current known best practices, striving to deliver the most accurate and effective profiles possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
• You agree to use our service at your own risk and accept all associated responsibilities.

6. Publicity Rights

By using our service, you grant us the right to mention your company name internally and in general references to companies we've worked with.

We will not display your logo, share specific work examples, or use your name for promotional or testimonial purposes without your explicit permission.

7. Data Privacy (GDPR / CCPA / Other Regulations)

We respect your privacy and comply with relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services (e.g. your website URL, contact details, and payment information).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed for service delivery and legal compliance.

• Submit websites you do not own or have authorization to manage;
• Use the service to process or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• Resell our output without prior written consent; nor
• Attempt to interfere with or abuse the underlying software, crawling, or data extraction process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if these requirements are violated.

10. Service Scope & Fair Use

Our service is intended solely for use with websites that you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to submit third-party websites without permission, use our service for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with or abuse the platform, and/or resell our output without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service if these terms are violated.

11. Delivery & Ownership

You retain ownership of the files we deliver to you, including any edits or corrections you make. Platinum.ai retains full ownership of the software, technology, and methods used to create them. No rights to our underlying systems are transferred.

12. Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or changes in law or regulation that render the service unlawful or impracticable.

If such an event prevents us from fulfilling our obligations, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will be excused from performance for the duration of the event.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Anguilla. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Anguilla.
